Jimy Perumadan works at ICMPD’s Research Unit as a Researcher and has over 10 years of experience in the implementation and coordination of studies in migration research. During this time, she has managed research studies on EU asylum policies, EU anti-trafficking policies, and the labour market integration of female refugees.
Jimy holds a master’s degree in Human Rights & Democratisation from the European Inter-University Centre in Venice and Lund University, as well as a master’s degree in Social and Economic Sciences from the University of Vienna. She has specialized in human rights and migration, specifically in international refugee law, international anti-trafficking law, and the ECHR. Currently she is enrolled in the master programme for law, focusing on international law and legal gender studies.
