Golschan Khun Jush
Education: Golschan holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Mannheim, which included one semester of study abroad at the Universidad Carlos III in Madrid. In 2017, she further received a Master in Economics from the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics.
Relevant experience and expertise: Golschan has extensive experience in empirical data analysis which she received throughout her studies and her year as research assistant at the University of Zurich. At ICMPD, she is currently involved in the implementation of the follow-up survey FIMAS+INTEGRATION, which aims at understanding drivers of labour market integration of recognised refugees and beneficiaries of subsidiary protection in Austria.
Research interests: Labour Market Integration, Migration Policy, Human Capital, Migration and Development, Quantitative Research, Econometrics.
