Sophie has 2+ years of professional experience in quantitative research on integration and inclusion policies. As a member of ICMPD’s Research Unit, she works on a multi-annual survey on labour market integration of refugees in Austria (FIMAS), a project realised in cooperation with wiiw, the Vienna Institute for International Economic Studies. Furthermore, she is co-designing a scientific data collection and evaluation framework for reintegration assistance programs for the European Commission. She is particularly interested in discovering new sources of data.

Sophie holds a master’s degree in public administration from Central European University.

Before joining ICMPD in 2023, she worked as a trainee for the EU Fundamental Rights Agency in the Roma Inclusion sector.
